Job Purpose
We are currently hiring a Senior Payroll & Personnel Specialist to join our HR team and manage payroll operations and personnel activities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly attendance plans, shifts, and working hours.
- Provide monthly departmental cost reports to top management.
- Maintain employee records, classifications, and codification.
- Manage payroll elements (overtime, benefits, deductions, final settlements).
- Handle hiring documentation, job offers, and onboarding processes.
- Coordinate with labor office and social insurance (documentation & compliance).
- Manage employee inquiries related to salaries.
- Oversee medical insurance and employee records digitalization.
- Ensure compliance with internal audit requirements.
- Handle resignation and termination processes (legal & financial aspects).
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. (HR Diploma or Certificates is highly preferable)
- Experience in a similar role, familiarity with HRIS, proficiency in using spreadsheets, strong organizational skills, and good verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong knowledge of labor law and social insurance
- Strong Excel skills
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
Nice to Have
- Experience working with ERP systems such as Odoo or Zoho
- Previous experience in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
- Knowledge of payroll automation and digital transformation
- Familiarity with KPI-based bonus structures
- Strong stakeholder management skills
